Project Summary

Novus Construction completed a comprehensive remodel of a multi-family building in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, CO. The project involved stripping the interior down to the studs and framing new layouts for nine apartment units. We upgraded the entire building’s HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to modern standards and added all-new finishes throughout. To complete the transformation, the building’s exterior was refreshed, giving it a renewed and polished appearance.
