My Story
Before joining Novus Construction, John served as a Project Manager at Thomas James Homes in Denver, Colorado, where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction activities, from foundation to close of escrow. He has also held project management positions at Remington Homes and Meritage Homes, where he demonstrated his ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He is well-versed in preconstruction planning, cost control, bid preparation, and scope development. His expertise in construction safety and OSHA compliance, combined with his ability to foster strong relationships with trade partners and clients, makes him a valuable asset to the Novus Construction team.
