Alex Patton

Alex’s career began with six impactful years in the United States Air Force, where he was entrusted with maintaining and managing multiple tactical airframes. His role required meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to mission success, qualities that continue to define his approach to construction management.

Following his time in the Air Force, Alex transitioned to the aerospace industry as a Production Manager at Northrop Grumman. In this role, he expertly managed a fighter jet production line, overseeing large teams and complex projects. His ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment demonstrated his exceptional organizational skills and leadership capabilities.

At Novus Construction, Alex applies his extensive experience and problem-solving skills to ensure that each project runs smoothly and meets the highest standards of quality. His background in managing intricate systems and leading diverse teams translates seamlessly into his role as Superintendent, where he is instrumental in coordinating project activities and driving operational success.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son. They can often be found exploring the great outdoors, camping, hunting, and fishing. This passion for adventure and family reflects his balanced approach to life and work.
